West Coast Pils - Collaboration with Hidden River brewing. For this west coast pils, we combined our love of lager with Hidden River’s excellent taste in modern hops. We started with a simple single decoction mash with 100% German Pils malt, and hopped through the boil with the Limey but laid back NZ Wakatu hops. Pressure fermented with our house yeast, then dry hopped with Talus, and some Pacific Sunrise cryo.
