Brewed with wheat and a light touch of Citra hops and Lemon peel in the whirlpool, then fermented with our house lager yeast. During fermentation we added 120lbs of lemon puree (7% by volume) and let it completely ferment out, fully integrating itself in the beer. Tart, refreshing lemony goodness, what else can you ask for?
