Brewed in collaboration with Põhjala brewing. Our friends from Estonia enjoyed our Hallertau Pils, but wanted to try something different. Together, we selected Motueka and Callista hops, both modern varieties bred from Czech and German heritage. The Motueka brings on a mojito lime character that compliments the pear/berry component of the Callista all while remaining a very approachable, balanced pilsner.

pours a clear light golden color, thick foamy bone-white colored head. excellent head retention and lacing. pleasant fragrant hop aroma, a bit of berry fruitiness. taste is balanced between the hops and bready pilsner malt. drier finish, but nice soft mouthfeel
