Brewed with floor malted Marris Otter and English made munich style malt from crisp maltings, with a touch of chocolate malt. Fermented warm with a wonderful British strain familiar to most anyone who has ever had a beer in philly. Hopped gently with Slovanian Styrian Goldings. Malty but light, easy on the palate and supremely drinkable, mug after mug. Let’s get Mild!

An episode started with a clear glass Imperial pint mug at the Jenkintown location. It's dark caramel brown with a very modest tan head. The aroma is roasted barley malt first, then some earthy hops. It tastes the same, only more pronounced. There's plenty of roasted malt and general hopping for the taste buds. For something with a relatively light ABV, this brings a remarkably full beer drinking taste experience. The mouthfeel is a little light, but acceptable. There's even some very nice glass lacing involved.
