Shenkbier brewed from German made Vienna and Munich malts and hopped with US grown Zuper Saaz, grown in Michigan. In the 19th century, Schenkbiers were the first beers of the brewing season, noted for lower ABV and minimal conditioning time. Robust for its small ABV, Zuper V takes on a nice herbal bitterness, and toasted malt aroma from intense, direct fired decoction mashing.
