A NEW WEST COAST PILS…SASTER
We have a brand new West Coast Pils available today. We invited our local @pinkbootssociety chapter recently to collaborate on this hoppy yet crisp little number. To make this beer even more meaningful to us, our very own Christine was in on the brew day to assist this one. A dank and clean delight, now available in cans at 3pm today, with draft to be announced!
SASTER - 5% - West Coast Pilsner - Brewed in collaboration with @pinkbootsphilly ! Hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and dip hopped with 2024 pink boots blend, then dry hopped with more of both. After conditioning we added some Mosaic hyperboost on the way to the packaging tank. Light bright and singing with layers of west coast hop character all the way through.

pours a cloudy light yellow golden, with thick white head. great head retention and lacing, leaves rings on the glass. big citrus aroma, and pale crackery malt. similar taste, with a moderately bitter finish. a little more mouthfeel than a typical pilsner.
