German style pils brewed with Saazer hops from Germany-these hops genetically the same as Czech Saaz but grown and processed in Germany. Light citrus and dry grass aroma over medium bodied pils base.

on draft at the Jenkintown location, served in half liter pils glass
medium yellow in color, a bit cloudy, with thick layer of bright white head. good head retention and lacing. grassy and spicy hop aroma. taste has similar hop flavor on top of pale grainy malt. moderately bitter finish. thin to medium bodied.

Hazed pale straw with a large airy white head that leaves thick lacing. Biscuity aroma with a rotten swampy impression. Cut grass, candied orange and fairly strong bitterness in the taste. Medium bodied, slick feel with sharp, zippy carbonation. Wouldn’t peg the hops here as “Saaz,” but not bad.
