NOBLE COAST PILS - WEST COAST PILS w/ @yakimachief
We collaborated with Yakima Chief Hops and they hooked us up with some absolutely choice American Noble Cascade hops.

NOBLE COAST PILS - 4.5% - West Coast Pils - Hopped thru the boil with YCH American Noble Cascade hops, then dry hopped with cascade and citra. Before packaging we added a late addition of Simcoe Hyperboost! Well rounded and mellow with deep citrus, and honeydew. Collaboration with YCH hops.

Lightly hazed pale straw gold with a white head with good retention that leaves thick lacing. Strong citrus, pine and honeydew in the nose and taste. Light toast, a distant metallic note and mild bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with tight carbonation. Very tasty.
