RICE LAGER WITH @BUDOSBAND !!
A few years back, we got to know the talented musicians in Budos Band really well, with hopes to work with them next time they’d be in the area. Named after their keyboardist, Mike “Sharkey” Deller, we are proud to present you with Sharkey’s Delight!
SHARKEY’S DELIGHT - 3.9% - Japanese Style Rice Lager - Brewed in collaboration with The Budos Band! We started with a special low lox Canadian barley, ran a single kettle cereal mash with milled white rice, and hopped through the boil with saaz. After proper conditioning, we “dry hopped” with hop oil distillate (Nelson Sauvin) for a little aroma pop on this smooth light backdrop. CANS ONLY!
