PARTICLE RIDE - 4.5% - West Coast Pils
Light Bodied West coast pils, cereal mashed with 35% corn. We hopped the hot side with Riwaka and Motueka from Eggers hops, and dryhopped with more Riwaka, Mot, and some choice Nelson, bringing all the kiwifruit and tropical citrus we could pack into such a small package. Drinks light and bright, finishing with green lifesaver and orange peel riding in on the tide.

A - Light gold pour with perfect, moderate carbonation and an even layer of white, thin foam resting on top.
S - Light grain is crushed with a huge waft of resiny tropical
T - Grain malt base gets quickly crushed with a resiny wall of tropical fruit and berry while ending with a resiny earthy coating on the palate of tropical fruit / citrus / berry yet still balanced.
M - Big full body for the style with soft prickly carbonation on the tongue.
O - World class Pilsner American style.
