We brewed Aramis with a single decoction mash to build a medium-dry malt profile, just enough to carry the bitterness and aroma of the Aramis hops. Aramis present similar to noble heritage hops, but with a slightly firmer bitterness and a more pronounced citrus profile in the aroma. Brewed with 100% Jehann d’arc pils malt and 100% Aramis hops. Collaboration with Hop France.

Golden pour, frothy head. Lots of cereal, moderate grassy hops. Wonderfully creamy mouthfeel, crisp and cleaner rich in flavor. About perfect.
