A resilient farmhouse strain, Brewed with Norwegian yeast and honey. Kveik (pronounced “kwike”) ale , or a Bjor which is a Norse word for beer. The yeast provides a slightly wild punch, but it finishes with a soft sweetness from the honey as well as a nice stone fruit quality.
