Crisp matlyness is balanced with a hoppy bite of German noble hops. A beautifully bright and clean pilsner.

Poured into a wide mouth grip shaped goblet: color is transparent straw, head is brightwhite and presents one finger deep but dissipates quickly to nothing, no lacing.
Smell is crisp hop spice and earth, solid malt note of bread and biscuit, light fruitiness.
Taste is more malt and hop balance: hop forward with herbal, spice, earth then malt backing of bread and biscuit.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate hop bitterness, drying covers sweetness but a lingering fullness.
Overall a pleasant German pilsner - malty, hoppy with clean notes of both.
