Our long-aged mixed fermentation ale. Brewed in March of 2020, this golden sour ale spent 30 months in Alba Vineyard red wine barrels with a special blend of yeast and bacteria and some of the barrels were blended amongst themselves. We naturally conditioned the bottles (and very few kegs) for added complexity and depth.
