Our long-aged mixed fermentation ale. Brewed in March of 2020, this golden sour ale spent 30 months in Alba Vineyardred wine barrels with a special blend of yeast and bacteria. A portion of the barrels went into a tank with whole Montmorency Cherries for 4 months.
