We studied hard in school, and this beer is our dissertation on brewing a juicy hazy pale ale. This beer will rotate with new techniques, new hops, and new ways of maximizing the juice and haziness.
Hop School V is brewed with loads of oats with Simcoe and Cashmere hops. Notes of pineapple, pine, dankness, and grapefruit. Juicy and hazy with a dry finish.

Pours a cloudy opaque golden color with a thin foamy head. Head retention is mild. Lacing is decent. Has a light mango aroma with maybe a little crackery edge? LIght, juicy mango taste. Maybe a little peppery in the after taste. LIght to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Decent brew.
