A: Pours with a slight haze. A golden/orange color. With a cap of white that sticks throughout and lace left behind.
S: Citrus and orange rind and grapefruit in the nose. A simple but enjoyable hop aroma.
T: Like the nose, citrus, orange peal. Grapefruit, and light pine flavors. Some sweet caramel malt, mixed with some wood flavors I can sometimes get with hoppy IPA's. A nice lingering bitterness.
M/O: A medium to full body. Moderate carbonation that is appropriately weighty for the style and ABV. A nice IPA, and one I could come back to with ease.
A standard, but enjoyable and nice example of an IPA. Everything is in balance with nice Citra hop character, that is also pretty classic for the style. I'll definitely enjoy more of this when I come back to the brewery.
