We took our Jasper recipe, a DIPA using Citra throughout the entire process, and added Nelson to accompany Citra in the dry hop.

Canned 4/22 and poured today 5/3 pours glug glug whole milk style in the glass with a downy upright head that sustains itself, beautiful whipped egg white sheen to cap. Aroma takes off with the Nelson hops, intensely, white grape with dank, pineapple, luxx, thicc crazy tropical notes. Hmmmm, taste is just like the nose, delic sweet notes with more dank than bitter. It’s in the pocket. Feel is like a fruit whipp, thicc, luxx, not heavy, prickly carbonation , light smacky , dry on the finish, and some salivary ache so good. This is excellent!

16oz. Can into a Beer Trading pint.
Beer is a pale, hazy orange. Stringy lace with little head. Nose is juicy, aromatic, dank. Huge tropical fruit notes. Earthy and ripe. Beer opens rich citrus, pineapple, and kiwi. Lychee sweetness and more overripe kiwi in the middle. Cane sugar, lightly creamy with a touch of pine in the finish. The Nelson hop profile is super prominent here. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down bone dry. Sticky, resiny aftertaste.
Better than the base beer. This is excellent.

From a 16oz can dated 09/04…2023. Pours a densely hazy amber-yellow. Lovely nose and palate of tropical fruit. Smooth finish with nice mild bitterness. Very nice.
