Canned on 3/5/24; consumed on 4/8/24
Pours an opaque, glossy dark orange body capped with multiple fingers of dense, white foam; great head retention leaves a wavy finger of cap, massive collar, and myriad chunks of webby lacing spread across the walls of the glass.
Aroma opens to wet moss matched with dank passionfruit and sweetened with pineapple chunks, peaking to notes of Pixie Stix into slight blueberry esters trailing through the close.
Taste finds notes of orange and wet moss upfront, with complementary passionfruit, lychee, and guava flesh guiding past the mid-palate to a lime sherbet finish.
Mouthfeel brings a medium-light body and a rounded, almost airy fluff of moderate carbonation, dispersing a juicy gloss contrasted by a gritty, resinous underscore past the mid-palate, resulting in a soft, clean finish.
An overtly fruity glaze textured by contrastingly earthy resins finds effective harmony in yet another bold yet balanced Fidens NEIPA profile.

Deeper orange haze. Nose is candy berry and sweet tarts. Taste is very red berry and melon forward with a little funky dankness and pine resin in the finish. Very soft lingering bitterness. Slightly thin mouthfeel. Different than their norm, but still good.

Canned 4/5. Consumed 4/20
Passion fruit meets pot: tropical fruits of mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, finish’s with dank cannabis skunk, hint of alcohol that balances out the back end. Pours with nice 1 finger head leaving nice suds on the glass, opaque juice appearance, soft carbonation. Very enjoyable, delicious as I’ve come to find at premier brewery Fidens!
