Canned on 1/6/22; consumed on 1/24/22

Pours an opaque darker gold body sporting a glossy sheen and multiple fingers of fluffy, white foam; great head retention leaves ¾ of a finger of near-creamy cap, a moderate, frothy collar, and a rampant tapestry of soapy, webby/spotty lacing scattered across the walls of the glass.

Aroma engages an ultra-integration of catty dankness, accenting with papaya, musty lemon and white grape with intervals of wispy dried oregano and dank pineapple semi-sweetness; lush mango pithy textures trickle into dehydrated tangerine peel with grassy undertones in a consummately fragrant bouquet, simultaneously peppery, catty, dank, and balanced.

Taste opens to underripe papaya and myriad tropical rind, sporting a grassy underscore with lighter hints of melon rind over the mid-palate and progressively catty peppercorn into back end internet phasing to musty pineapple juice and shades of dank white grape to finish.

Mouthfeel brings a medium body with a fluffy, restrained carbonation, creamy in texture with edges of persistent grit influx over the mid-palate, leveled to plushness as a prickly tendency toys with a juicy underscore and peaks with a resinous glide through an effortless finish.

Catty dankness executed to near-perfection across a tropical haze, manipulating citrus and sweetness to a balance illuminant of refined, resin-laden contrasts; a masterclass in delineating the subtleties of the Simcoe hop, and a memorable overall execution.
