Can from the source. Wafting hops fog. sweet honeyish taste and feel (followed by certain burn). Lasting hazy head. Very good drinker. One of the better ones.

Canned 8/29/23.

L: Pours an opaque yellow with a short creamy head that thins pretty quickly. Lots of upwardly mobile tiny bubbles visible through the haze. Thin irregular lacing that's very pretty.

S: Aromas of peach and mango.

T: Follows the nose in an extremely pleasant way. A continuous tropical and citrus medley. Finishes slightly dry but not bitter. Zero alcohol heat.

F: Medium mouthfeel and carbonation.

O: Outstanding. The citrus and tropical flavors are indistinct, but delicious.

Sweet orange-tangerine citrus hoppy, malty-sweet, and candied stonefruit nose on this one! Taste follows with a hoppy and orange citrus bitter finish. Aromatics>Taste IMO. This is nice and soft on the palate, and very good. The finish comes up just a bit short for me. I would have loved if the Citra hop bitterness would have carried on throughout the backend.

On tap, pours a hazy orange. Smell and taste feature a variety of citrus. Really solid IIPA.

16oz. can into a Side Project snifter.

Pours a darker orange. Otherwise, pretty par for the style. Nose is citrus, tea leaves, and a dank, tropical fruit bouquet. Aromatic, pungent. Beer opens citrus, pineapple, and starfruit. I get a fake sugar and fruit gummy sweetness in the middle. Sweetens even further towards the end with overripe pineapple, cane sugar, and a creamy, vanilla and citrus sweetness. Clean aftertaste. This one's too much for me. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down clean, bone dry, and with a very brief aftertaste.

Decent but rather one dimensional and way too sweet for me.
