Picked up a four-pack from the Broadway Brewpub cooler 9-30-25 for $28.00. Canned 9-9-25; consumed can #1 for review 9-30-25.
Beer poured turbid golden orange with a nice white head with the initial pour.
Nose is dank city, white wine, tropical, and citrusy.
Taste is amazingly well balanced as the jumbo pale malt base takes on a boatload of hops that give me white grapes, passion fruit, and orange up front. Finishes with a nice touch of gooseberry and citrus pith bitterness; 5/10 on my scale. No trace of residual sweetness of fusel alcohol burn.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and amazingly refreshing, yet so soft and smooth.
Overall, an incredible brewing feat to make an NEIPA so strong at 12% abv yet come off as a DIPA. Glad i opted to give this a try!
Enjoying my 2nd and last can on 11-25-25. This has not fallen off at all. So incredibly good!
