I stopped by the brewpub on 25SEP12 for a quick lunch and bier... Had a 0.5l glass of this (3.10€) with my Leberkase.
The tall, slender stein was filled with a clear golden bier. The hue was attractive, and steady, fine carbo was present. Atop things was a creamy, fine white head, which lasted quite well and left very nice lacing. Nose had some breadiness along with some spicy notes. It was fairly smooth going down, with a light prickle and medium body.
Light sweetness hit first, along with some crackery, bready maltiness. Subtle grassiness with some more hop spiciness came into play at the finish. Not bad, overall! Prosit!
