The beer dark amber and clear. No head not lace.
Again, there's plenty of yeast to a Hatch made beer. Malty base with a light darker bread flavor. The hop is stronger than most of this style but the overall effect works.
I was told afterwards that they were having issues with the tap beers and the carbonation. The bottle they offered me of this beer has an excellent head with very streaky lace.
