Pours a hazy orange color. A moderate head quickly dissipates and yields rings of lacing.
The nose evokes a wonderful combination of juicy fruit and dank herbal hops. Aromas of pineapple, mango, grapefruit, passion fruit, apricot and lime. Pungent notes of verbena, grass and pine.
The taste is highlighted by a truck load of juicy and resinous hops spices, all supported by a doughy and chewy malt base. Notes of cracker, biscuit, honey and sweet alcohol spices are balanced by a firm and resinous bitterness. Hops flavors include lip smacking and juicy notes of pineapple, mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, lime, apricot and peach. These are well paired with spicy, resinous and dank notes of pine, grass and verbena.
Full bodied but light enough on its toes for good drinking. The finish is sticky, dry and resiny. Smooth, slightly creamy and mouth coating. The carbonation is moderate to gentle.
Wonderful DIPA. It has good malt to hops balance, is very drinkable and has great juicy and herbal flavors.

Aroma: Intense tropical fruit character, mango, pineapple, passion fruit, guava, cantaloupe, tangerine.
Taste: Same tropical fruit character as in the aroma(sort of rare for this much symmetry between aroma and taste). It should be pointed out that both the aroma and the taste are pronounced, they're not subtle. The taste really lingers too, in a kind of lip-smacky way that really characterizes any beverage or food that can be called "Full flavored". This is a hop bomb, it will dominate each taste bud in tropical, bitter, hop funk, and linger. The aforementioned funk doesn't come through on the aroma, but there's a kind of chive/garlic greens/vegetal hop funk sort of character that other stellar DIPA's tend to have going on here, but it's subdued by the tropical fruit. Moderately bitter, but also very bright and sweet and slightly salty.
Just a world class DIPA, no doubt about it. What a home run from Wild East. Respect.
Edit: Forgot to add, this is a can dated April 2021.

Tall can direct from the source yesterday. No freshness indication on the can.
Full on clouded pour, on the lighter, near chalky white side. Looser, egg shell cap, leaves nice looking fine fields, strands and bits of lacing.
Nose is of oranges, pineapple, mango, with a hint of lime.
Fresh, fruity, complex, highly tasty and flavorful....more of the same on the palate with tropical fruits abounding. Again oranges, pineapple and lime come to mind.....mighty fine....comparable to the heavy weights of the style....impressive achievement in brewing from this near brand new brewery....go get some and enjoy this nectar

Look: A classic DIPA, murky orange-yellow with white three finger head.
Smell: Hints of apricots melon and oranges.
Taste: Orange flavor with a little bitterness in the background, maybe some lemon zest.
Feel: Good carbonation, easy to drink.
Overall: A good beer for a summer day, I would drink this again.
