Canned on 1/26/23. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Dark amber/brown with 1-finger beige foamy head with good retention and scrappy lacing.
S: Bread crusts, milk chocolate, and light caramel with herbal, noble hop note.
T: Flavor is also strong with brown bread crust, light caramel, and chocolate with herbal, spicy hop flavor especially strong in the finish. Clean without esters and moderate bitterness.
M: Light-medium body with moderate carbonation and clean overall feel with dry finish,
O: Moon Atlas is an enjoyable and highly drinkable Czech-style amber lager with solid flavor. I wish it had a bit more bready character in the nose and flavor, but I am nitpicking -- it is a very well-crafted European lager.

Brownish Red body with white body. Aroma of lightly spiced malt, mild earth, cinnamon, light pine. Tastes of cinnamon cookie but not too much sweetness, light grass, mild earth, light bitterness. Medium bodied with medium carbonation.

A: The beer is slightly hazy dark amber in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high light beige head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a narrow collar around the edge of the glass, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of earthy/herbal hops are present in the nose along with strong underlying notes of cracker and toasted malts.
T: The taste follows the smell but is a bit more maltier and has a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that the smell and taste of this lager both had a good balance between the malts and hops.
