Kölsch-style ale made with all NY-state ingredients, brewed using traditional European methods. Lightly fruity aromatics, crackery pilsner malt, grassy, sort-of-spicy hops with a crisp and clean finish.

A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in color and ha a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass and a narrow collar around the edge.
S: The taste has moderately strong aromas of green grapes.
T: Moderate to strong flavors of green grapes are present in the tast.e
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
