Collaboration with Mark Zamaitis. An Oktoberfest-style lager brewed using traditional European methods. Toasty & doughy flavors in balance with earthy, spicy hops. Medium body, smooth & creamy texture completed by a flavorful malty finish.

A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in color and has some faint hints of amber along with a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation.
S: Moderate aromas of toasted malts are present in the nose along with hints of spicy hops.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a bit of sweetness from the malts. The flavors of spicy hops are most noticeable towards the finish and only contribute a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied, clean and rather smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I very much enjoyed the maltiness of this Oktoberfest - it had just enough hops to lend some complexity and bitterness to the taste.
