Light European-style pilsner, dry-hopped with Saphir hops. Crisp and super easy-drinking with bold notes of crackery pilsner malt and earthy, peppery hops; refreshingly clean with a dry finish.

Clear yellow color with a nice white head. The aroma shows malt, grassy and peppery hops, plus a light mineral edge that keeps it crisp. The flavor is dry and malt‑forward, backed by a strong, clean hoppy bitterness that lands firmly without feeling harsh.
Crisp, refreshing, and very true to style.

Cloudy light orange yellow, big 3" gushing head with good retention and excellent soapy and chunky lacing. Nose is lemony sourdough bread dough, lemon juice, bright yeast esters. Roundly bready up front, sourdough bread crust, doughy and lemony finish. Very crisp with a touch of weight. Very refreshing and an overall very enjoyable beer.

A: The beer is slightly hazy dark golden yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and some lacing down the sides.
S: Moderate aromas of peppery spices are present in the nose along with notes of biscuit and cracker-like malts.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very clean on the palate. There is a lot of dryness in the finish.
O: This pilsner has a very nice and dry finish.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like spicy and peppery hop character, with a bit of malt character and some mineral notes.
There's a nice crackery and crisp malt character here, with a big spicy, peppery, and refreshing hop character. There's very little sweetness, and it finishes dry, but smooth.
This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and with a nice spicy bite on the finish. It's extremely drinkable.
This is my first beer from this newer NYC brewery, and I certainly am much more interested in them now.

Can from the brewery in Brooklyn. Pours a cloudy light gold with two fingers of rocky whit head that sticks around, nice lacing, smell is pungent floral hops, doughy white bread and biscuits, sour grass, hints of orange blossom, taste is white bread crust, wheat thins, citrus peel, earthy, grassy bitter finish, feel is light, bright carbonation, medium carbonic bite, semi-dry finish. Earthy, grassy, citrusy goodness. Takes me back to grilling outside and knocking back Nastros with my dad in Rome.

On draught at Wild East Brewing, Brooklyn, NYC.
Pours a clear straw golden color. A good sized head, thumbnail length, displays decent retention and lacing.
For a Pilsner, the aroma is unusually fruity as it is well hopped. Notes of grapefruit, lemon, peach, apricot and apples. Aromas of bready malt, honey and dank grassy spices.
The taste opens with sweet bready and doughy malts, soft and slightly chewy. Well hopped, however, in contrast to the aromas, the hops flavors are more herbal and less fruity. Well balanced with a clean but assertive resiny bitterness. Notes of earthy and grassy spices, grapefruit, lemon and crisp cracker. The finish is dry.
Medium bodied with a smooth malt mouthfeel. Also, semi crisp as the moderate to lively carbonation and prickle of the hops scrub the tongue.
This was a very tasty “Italian” Pilsner. It had a nice nose and good hops flavors. I would have again.
