Brewed using a turbid mash and 100% NY state ingredients. This Kriek-inspired ale was barrel-fermented with our house mix culture, blended and conditioned on 500lbs of locally grown Montmorency cherries for a total production time of 15 months.

Bottle from the brewery in Brooklyn. Pours a clear radiant ruby red fish a flash of a finger of light pink head that dissipates to a ring, decent lacing, smell is dry oak, sour cherry, jolly ranger, sour funky wet hay, rain, hints of stinky armpit, musty gym socks, leather and green/vegetal wood, taste is tart cherry flesh, cherry skin, pomegranate, red currant, cherry jolly rancher, spicy funky hay, hints of rain, stinky armpit, feel is light and bright, high acidity. A tart, funky, cherry treat.
