Bunch of sediment, but drinking part is nicely spiced. More spice than wine barrel, and that is a good thing. Best beer I have tried from them yet. Good drinker.

Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with limited retention and some light lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some caramel malt notes as well as tart notes. Taste is a nice mix of oak and caramel notes with some tartness with some funky finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice complex wild ale with good drinkability and balance.
