Collaboration with North Shore Animal League America. A classic bright & balanced Belgian witbier brewed with orange zest and coriander. Spritzy, light and refreshing with notes of wheat, citrus peel, bubblegum, herbal hops with subtle fermentation phenols. Finishes dry & clean with some residual citrus flavor.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a collar around the edge and lots of lacing on the surface and down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of wheat and orange peel are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of wheat and strong notes of orange peel with some hints of coriander towards the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This witbier has lots of aromas and flavors of wheat and orange peel. It is easy to drink and has some refreshing properties.
