Collaboration with Sojourn Fermentory. Brewed using long grain rice, a single decoction and Saphir & Hallertauer Tradition hops. Light, balanced and aromatic. Clean malt flavor with floral notes and hints of lemongrass & strawberry. Drinks light & easy with a dry finish.

has an after taste that burns the throat first taste is a nice lager but as you drink it it urs the throat
