West Coast IPA. Collab with Sibeeria Brewing from Prague. Brewed with Chinook & Mosaic hops, dry hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin

Poured from a can purchased at Beer Culture in Manhatten.
Deep yellow in color and very clear. Thick fluffy head that hangs on finishing with good lacing.
Aroma is slightly floral with citrus rind and a bit of grass.
Getting a nicely balanced flavor of grapefruit, pine and white wine? Finishing with a very faint maltiness.
Easy drinking with a bright carbonation.
Not over the top bitter.
I certainly enjoyed it though it will be a one off for me living on the west coast.
Since it was a collab with Sibeerian Brewery, it may be a one off for them as well.
