Collaboration with Sweet Avenue in Queens, NYC. An 8ยบ Plato, Bohemian-style pilsner, brewed using a double-decoction mash. Very light malty notes balanced with herbally, subtly-spicy Saaz hops. Drinks easy and super refreshing.

12 oz can into a pokal.
L: SRM 3.5 pours a straw pale light gold color with a 1/4" white head that recedes to skin & froth, good steady carbo, medium random lacing.
S: Light malts, a light over ripe fruit mix, a hint of apple, white grape.
T: Clean tasting fruits, subtle grains, pear, apple, white grape, green melon rind, lemon zest, resin, late bitterness of zest, rind & resin that lingers, yeast, it has a bready note at the base.
F: Very crisp medium-light bodied feel with a clean center and a lovely medium length brisk finish that is dry and lingers.
O: Amazing mouthfeel and drinkability. Well balanced, tasty and fairly traditional. It does lean bitter. Big taste, low ABV. It is very good in its style.
