Bought at CityBeer - a favorite stop on way to ferry or for lunch - NYC 3rd & 39th.
a) clear golden-amber body with slashing and lasting lace.
s) Wine-like acidity, lemon with fruit.
t) Myriad flavors: wine like astringent, herbal and piney hops, along with that grapefruit/ blood orange marmalade glaze kind of flavor.
f) Finishes bitter and sharp. Clean
o) Love Brooklyn beers and this West from East is amazing on the ferry home.

Poured an almost seethru orange-gold body with two-finger head and some lace ring that lasted for awhile. Smooth body, clean, nice acidity, low bitterness, touches of grapefruit and herbal hop sweetmess. including a touch of lemon like herbal tea with lemon drops, and a clean finish for this easy drinking beer.

Clear, golden in color. Medium thin/thick white, frothy head. Nose is herbal, pine and slight citrus. Taste was same, pine, citrus, herbal. Nice bitterness across palate.
