Mackinaw IPA
ABV: 7.2% | IBU: 55
Bold, balanced, and built for adventure—Mackinaw IPA delivers a classic hop-forward experience with a smooth malt backbone. Simcoe hops bring vibrant notes of pine, citrus, and subtle earthiness, complemented by a touch of bitterness that doesn’t overpower. Dry-hopped with Simcoe for a clean, aromatic finish, this NorthWest Coast-style IPA is crisp, clear, and full of character. At 7.2% ABV, Mackinaw IPA is your go-to for a flavorful, refreshing pint that doesn’t compromise on depth.

16oz pour at the Bottle Bay tap room for $8.
Slightly coppery shade of amber, with a pillowy off-white head. Lots of lace.
Citrusy and piney hop nose. Smells very much like an old school WCIPA.
Grapefruity and orangey (is that a word?) upfront. Finishes with a piney blast.
Medium bodied, with a slick, oily mouth feel.
This is a time warp beer, as Bottle Bay's often are. Fans of big, bold old school WCIPAs should dig this.
