Light gold in color with a light haziness. There’s a fingernail of dishwater white around the rim and covering nearly all of the top. There’s aroma is of dill. I’m tasting dill and crackery malt. The mouth is light and crisp.

Pours very little foam. Standard beer color. Smells a little floral and hoppy.
Taste is good. You get some citrous rind and slightly bitter hops. This is a NON ALC IPA beer that I can get used to and one of the better NON ALC beers I've had up to date. Good job on this one, will buying again.
Update: Still one of my favorites. Bought more cans and will continue drinking.

A: crystal clear; pale gold in color; 1+ finger finely pored white head that receded to a rocky cap with OK lacing;
S: sour milk; I do get some tropical notes, but the aroma is off-putting;
T: a combination of tropical fruit and the liquid in canned fruit cocktail; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: light bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: not too long ago, this would have stood out among the available NA beers; now there are better options;

Pours very pale straw color, foamy white head. Grassy hops aroma, a little white grape. Similar taste, only mild bitterness, light malt flavor. Thin and fizzy mouthfeel

Can. Pale faded yellow color. White head with lace.
Lots of cereal grains. Bready, biscuity, but also some hops and bitterness. Earthy, citrusy, and a bit tropical. Pretty good NA. Very flavorful.

From the pint can, it pours a hazy light yellow color with a nice white head that slowly reduces and leaves some lacing. The nose gets some fruitiness, but little actual hop scent. The taste follows with a slightly sweet and lightly fruity brew. Easy drinking, repeatable.

Very pale, almost white color, more like what you'd expect from a witbier. Small head, lots of cloudiness. Aroma is odd, not IPA-like. Very fruity, but not much hop aroma. Some spiciness I can't identify. Tastes almost nothing like an IPA either. Decent body. It's not bad: a little bit of sweetness, some lemony freshness, nice tasting. But this is not any kind of IPA. They could label it something else, maybe like a NA Belgian Pale or something, and it'd be a pretty good NA beer.

473 mL can from No Frills; coded LOT23105 and served slightly chilled. All NA beers are by definition 'session beers' - convince me otherwise.
Pours foggy straw-yellow, producing nearly two fingers of fluffy, foamy white head that holds together for nearly five minutes. Great lace deposition, with a generously frothy collar and patchy cap surviving afterwards - looks fantastic to me, just like a real session IPA. It smells of bready, doughy malts and popcorn, with suggestions of lemony hops and stone fruit.
Tastes a little better than it smells: I'm getting hints of stone fruit, with bready, doughy malts and a touch of butterscotch-like sweetness. Slightly bitter on the back end, with muddled fruitiness and popcorn dissipating into a sweet-ish aftertaste. Light in body, with moderate carbonation that feels spritzy on the tongue; crisp, smooth mouthfeel that improves its drinkability.
Final Grade: 3.35, a B-. Sober Carpenter's Organic Session IPA is not bad for a non-alcoholic beer, but I am otherwise mostly unimpressed. The Galaxy hop flavours don't pop, and are disappointing in the aromatic sense, as well - the impression that I was left with was that this comes off as a slightly fruitier NA blonde ale. There are better NA IPAs out there, for sure.
