Notes: This is their Little Lady Grisette finished on tart cherries and rose water.
Look: A clear deep copper colored body with crimson-orange and gold highlights rests beneath a finger's width of creamy off-white foam.
Smell: Fruity, delicately spicy, and lightly floral.
Taste: Sweetish and somewhat acidic with plenty of cherry flavor backed by a delicate spiciness.
Feel: Medium to medium-light in body and gently crisp.
Overall: Quite a remarkable beer. It's interesting, refreshing, charming, and highly drinkable.
