gold standard level beer right here, downright awesome, the pour is astonishing, but the beer overall is great too, a continuation of how great their lager game has been, this really is splendid. i cannot even describe its beauty, two inches of meringue head pure white rising and lasting above the rim of my glass, immaculate clarity, neighbor said he can see cars pass through it, i pretty much see my own reflection, and the carbonation races up in perpetuity, they do not come more refined than this! the aroma and flavor are the same, maybe a bit muted on the nose, less dramatic than the pour, but traditional and dialed in. clean european pils malt, crisping but minimal lager yeast, the minerality of the water, some hops that seem noble but in the background, and its not really this beers flavor that makes it memorable, its the textures, so effervescent and dry when its cold, a touch sweeter and more malt forward at temperature but in a flattering way that comes with me everywhere i go for a little while after, its a wonderful quench for a dry weedy palate, and the quality here overall is through the roof. not too many doing lagers at this level, not to be missed, a degree of authenticity here rarely seen, but its all its own thing too. elite.

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. I cannot read the date on the bottom, most of the characters are missing. So, ??/?1/21 is the best I can do right now. Day 10 of Brewvana's 12 beers of Christmas.
Pours clear, golden yellow, with a medium sized head, low active carbonation. Smell is very mild, mostly grains, maybe a little bit of grass and lemon.
Taste is grain tea, husky, moderate sweetness. A little bready/yeasty/biscuit kind of flavor in it.
Mouthfeel is very light, clean, and dry. Overall, it's pretty good.

Can from New Seasons.
A crystal clear yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing, this looks great. The noise is a wonderfully deep and delicate with dough, light honey, a little cotton candy, delicate lemon and herbaceous notes. Snappy yet soft, this is solid. The palate opens crisp and snappy, with the high carbonation lending a mild acidity that amplifies the delicate sweetness and the lemony bitterness quite nicely. Doughy, rather deeply so with a creamy, biscuit like flavor. Drying, bitter on the finish, a hair watery and a hair acidic, but otherwise quite enjoyable.
