Our Summer-y peaches-n-cream sour IPA, just in time for Winter. This one has the usual culprits of Pilsner, raw wheat, and malted oats; hopped with Citra, Azacca, and Amarillo, we fermented this beer with heaps of peach purée and conditioned in Madagascar vanilla beans.
The low pH coupled with the refreshing tartness of peach gives this one a bright spritzy acidity to balance the decadence of the lactose and vanilla.
We're tasting gummy peach rings, tart peach cobbler, white grape juice, and Sunday Morning bellinis in a swirling snow storm.

Can from Vinyl Beer on the UES NYC. Pours a hazy light gold/yellow with a finger of creamy white head that sticks around, nice lacing, smell is sour peach ringed, ripe peach flesh, peach skin, hints of pineapple, lime, orange zest, and citrus starburst, taste is overripe sour peach nectar, musty white wine, hints of pineapple, tropical fruit juice, anise and lime, feel is thick and creamy. A sour tropical Bellini.
