Sour Double IPA.
We took our base sour IPA recipe of Pilsner, Malted Oats, and Raw Wheat, cranked the gravity up, and hopped it with Amarillo, and Cashmere. Then we conditioned the beer on Apricot puree, crushed juniper berries, and freshly peeled lemon peel.
The resulting beer has all the hallmarks of a fruity summer cocktail. We're tasting lemon meringue pie, sloe gin fizz, a bright summery fruit tart, and a tall champagne flute filled with apricot bellini at your favorite brunch spot.
