Foeder Brett Lager brewed with NT-state Pilsner malt. Hopped with NY-state crystal. For this beer we took one of our favorite beers, Rare Earth, and gave it a slightly more farmhouse treatment. The resulting beer has the unmistakable fruity and funky aromatics of brett with the refreshing drinkability of Rare Earth that you've come to know and love.

Murky bright yellow body with a finger of white foam, spotted lacing cling to the glass. Smells like a foeder lager with an emphasis on brett, oak and lemon but somewhat dulled overall. Taste has great citrus with an especially impressive emergent grapefruit, oak has a light burnt biscuit to go with it, finished with a healthy amount of brett. Feel is light, pale, more oaky than bretty and moderately crisp.
