A pleasant surprise for a 5% pale ale. Flavorful but not sweet. Little hint or orange peach and wheat perhaps, not overwhelming with aftertaste. Just right for a summer ale.

From a 16oz can. From the DL Instagram post on 11/13/21: “ Sapling (5.1%) Foeder Fermented Pale Ale
brewed with a blend of two row, white wheat, and oats then fermented in one of our temperature controlled foeders. Delicately hopped with mostly Mosaic in the kettle and dry hop. Notes of mixed berries, fresh squeezed orange juice, and a kiss of oak.” Very nice.
