Brewed with two row, white wheat, and oats. Fermented in one of our foeders and then transferred to stainless where we dry hopped it aggressively with strata and citra. We’re tasting Fresh squeezed OJ, punchy passion fruit, and explosive aromas.

Almost looks like fresh orange juice. Light oj with a bit of booze taste for an ABV of 6.5%.

Look - pale gold and yellow, hazy, bubbly white head, good lacing
Smell - dank, musty, citrusy
Taste - peach, melon, citrus pith, spicy, grapefruit, lime, pine
Feel - medium body, moderate carbo, prickly, good bitterness
Overall - 6.5% ABV Foeder Fermented IPA. Excellent beer! Strong peppery, spicy finish with just enough citrus to take the edge off. Has a great citrus pith bitterness. Love the dank, musty, citrusy scent too. Pairs well with It's Electric by Diamond Head!

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lychee are present in the nose along with notes of passion fruit.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger flavors of passion fruit along with additional notes of honeydew melon and strawberry. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied, juicy and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is very easy to drink and has pleasant aromas and flavors from the hops.

Excellent hop profile- Citra and Strata brewed in a Foeder.
Lots of interesting fruit- passionfruit, lemon, stone fruit and more.
Hardly any bitterness, smooth MF.
Definitely worth checking out.
