Brewed with two row, NY six row, white wheat, and flaked oats. Cool whirlpooled with Mosaic then fermented in stainless with our house hazy strain. Double dry hopped with a heavy amount of El Dorado and a touch of Mosaic. We're tasting tropical fruit punch, and sweet tangerine.

A: Pours a murky golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate peach + apricot + pale golden yellow + burnt orange + copper colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy light beige head that slowly reduces to a large patch of finger thick film covering approximately 85% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/tangerine + stone fruit/peach + tropical/pineapple hops along with moderate aromas of pine/resin hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat + pale malts along with a light amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat + pale malts along with a light amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/tangerine + stone fruit/peach + tropical/pineapple hops along with moderate flavors of pine/resin hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers slightly before fading away leaving light to moderate tropical + resin hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasant creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with tons of citrus + tropical + stone fruit + pine/resin hops

Pours a hazy peach color with a happy, fluffy one finger head that leaves lots of fine lacing behind. Aroma is pineapple and pine. Citrus aromas seem quite present. Taste is wonderfully resin, peach and pineapple. It is quite the contrast and fully uncovers the double IPA aspect of this brew. Straight forward, with no side trips, this is a delightful brew.
