Brewed with two row, NY six row, white wheat, and flaked oats. Cool whirlpooled with Mosaic then fermented in stainless with our house hazy strain. Double dry hopped with Sabro and Mosaic. This hazy is bursting with notes of fresh coconut, key lime, and sips of a piña colada.

A: Pours a milky murky golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate copper + burnt orange + dark golden yellow + bright orange + apricot + peach colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/lime + citrus/key lime + citrus/lime zest + coconut hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a moderate amount of sugary sweetness.

T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a moderate amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/lime + citrus/key lime + citrus/lime zest + coconut hops which impart a minimal amount of bitterness and leave a moderate lingering lime + coconut (piña colada) flavor.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a hop profile that really accentuates the Sabro hop and evokes thoughts of piña coladas.

Milky in color. Oat milk injection is very good. No after taste.

Murky and butterscotch swirly yellow with a 3 inch head of clotted creamy white head that had tenacious cling and retention. It still looked unappetizing.
Aroma is vaguely sweet and sort of fruity with a unique key lime pie thing happening overall, but subdued and uninspiring.
The flavor is cloyingly sweet up front with a nice citrus tanginess taking over mid way.
Good beery flavors and hop bitterness come through on the back end but finishes with an old orange juice sourness.
The "oat milk" injection makes it feel like milk sugar on the tongue, not residual malt giving this a fluffy body with very little complexity.
The hops add good flavor but they don't blend into anything special or remarkable.
Easy to drink for a "soft serve" 8%er from a brewery I expect more out of.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high dense white head that has excellent retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of coconut are present in the nose along with hints of lime citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of coconut from the Sabro hops. Only a slight amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a very good job at showcasing the Sabro hops in the smell and taste. It is also very drinkable considering its strength.
