Brewed with two row, NY malt, white wheat, and flaked oats. Hopped in the kettle with Ekuanot, then fermented in wood with our house hazy strain. After fermentation on wood, we transferred to stainless and double dry hopped it with Ekuanot, mosaic, and citra. Fresh cut melon, sugar coated mixed berries, resin.

A: The beer is very hazy pale dark yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that has good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of herbal hops are present in the nose along with notes of citrus and pine.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the citrusy flavors are a little stronger and there are additional hints of mango and melon. The hops also contribute a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied, crisp and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this IPA to be interesting given the complexities in the smell and taste.
