Pours yellow gold and is slightly foggy (SRM 3-4). A white head falls from 1.5 inches to a half an inch within a few minutes, then holds for a while. Random bubbles of small carbonation occasionally form and rise upwards. Minimal patches of lace form on an AO IIPA glass.
The aroma is dominated by cooked corn and grass. White bread and coriander are also noticeable.
Mild sweetness contrasts with mild bitterness. Crisp green seems to be dominant. The finish brings out the grassiness and mild astringency.
It has a medium body and soft wool texture. Alcohol is slight, as expected. Carbonation is soft and fine. It has a dry quality.
This is another decent drinking beer, a good contender for happy hour with colleagues after work. It would also pair nicely with tortilla chips and nacho cheese.

Light haze to the straw to gold color. Large starting head but fades quickly and leaves only the most minor of spots on the glass.
Pale malt with a mild, most-similar to Italian spice. There's an unusual touch of alcohol in the background.
The starts off like a classic Helles but with some additional crispness. Neutral carbonation for the style. It finishes with a biscuit flavor. There's a minor bit of sourness in the swallow. Shorter aftertaste.

A: The beer is slightly hazy and a bit pale yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of bready and pale malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The aromas and flavors in this beer seem to be a bit muted compared to others in the style but it is very easy to drink.
