A: The beer is slightly hazy light cherry red in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down and left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lime and raspberries are present in the nose along with notes of coconut.
T: The taste follows the smell, but is stronger and the flavors of coconut are more in balance with those of the coconut. There is a slight amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't really that sour so it is easy to drink. I particularly enjoyed the combination of coconut and raspberries in the taste.
